In the second webinar of the NGS-CN webinar series Tyll Stöcker will present the tool “MuWU – a Snakemake workflow for Mu-seq library annotation and analysis”. Tyll is a PhD student working in the group of Prof. Schoof, Crop Bioinformatics within the Institute of Crop Science and Resource Conservation (INRES) at the University of Bonn.
