cfNOMe is a two-in-one method of measuring cell-free DNA cytosine methylation and nucleosome occupancy in a single assay using non-disruptive enzymatic cytosine conversion and a custom bioinformatics pipeline.
This in-house developed NGS method as a part of a 1st call project has the potential to advance biomarker discovery and diagnostic usage in any diseases with acute or chronic tissue injury.
