CASE STUDIES IN TRANSLATIONAL MULTIOMICS
David Koppstein, PhD
DKFZ, DKTK Partner Site Essen/Düsseldorf
We present a series of vignettes of how complementary -omics technologies can be applied to different problems in the clinic. We examine individual case studies in detecting novel compound heterozygous mutations with long read sequencing, studying a chronic active EBV patient with single-cell sequencing, as well as cohort-level multiomic studies applied to uveal melanoma and B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Organized by the West German Genome Center (WGGC) Düsseldorf as a part of the Next Generation Sequencing Competence Network (NGS-CN). Supported by the Ministerium für Kultur und Wissenschaft des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (MKW.NRW)
